Key Responsibilities

· Define and maintain the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for ERP systems in alignment with organizational goals.

· Own and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring requirements are clear, actionable, and deliver value to the business.

· Collaborate with stakeholders, business leaders, product managers, developers, QA teams, and external vendors to define requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

· Oversee the development, customization, and optimization of ERP modules (Finance, HR, Supply Chain, Procurement, Sales, etc.).

· Conduct requirements gathering and gap analysis to translate business needs into ERP functionalities.

· Partner with change management teams to ensure smooth user adoption and training for ERP rollouts and upgrades.

· Serve as the voice of the business in agile ceremonies (sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives).

· Continuously monitor ERP performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive innovation.

· Ensure compliance with industry best practices, governance standards, and data security requirements.

· Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and delivery outcomes.

 Required Qualifications & Skills

· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.

· 3–6 years of Product Owner experience with proven focus on ERP systems.

· Strong experience in ERP implementation, customization, and management.

· Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience in agile product development.

· Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications and user stories.

· Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.

· Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making capabilities.

 Preferred Skills

· Hands-on experience with major ERP platforms: SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Odoo, NetSuite, or similar.

· Knowledge of data analysis, business intelligence tools, and reporting systems.

· Domain knowledge in Mobility/Transportation, Edutech, logistics, or services industries.

·  Experience integrating ERP systems with CRM, HRMS, or third-party applications.

Objectives of this Role

• Build and maintain both web applications for our organization using Angular as the fundamental languages.

• Collaborate with the rest of the team to ensure applications align with the organization’s goals, as well as customer needs.

• Oversee the performance of applications to ensure they’re always running properly.

• Improve our overall application development process and continuously find ways to advance our apps.

 Responsibilities

• Build web applications in Angular.

• Find solutions to security threats, viruses, or errors that might hinder the performance of applications

• Carry out regular security and performance checks

• Remain current on technology trends to keep our software as innovative as possible.

• Stay on track of the application lifecycle to ensure necessary updates are completed on time.

 Requirements:

· 3+ years of experience in Angular software development

· Sound understanding of Angular Material or Material Design.

· Strong expertise with HTML, CSS, and writing cross-browser compatible code.

· Good experience of testing framework and test runner framework.

· Sound understanding of Components, Directives, Services, View References (Parent/Child/Injection), Routing, Lifecycle processing.

· Understanding concepts of S.O.L.I.D. Principles, IOC/DI, and S.O.C. (if possible)

· Good understanding of git and git flow.

· Good experience of REST API integration

· Good understanding of reactive programming paradigms

· Unit Testing experience

· Deep understanding of core programming principles, including design.

· Possess good communication skills, follow directions based on development architecture and patterns and work in a team setting.

Requirement:

· Familiarity with database technologies and design of systems using structure, semi structure and unstructured data.

· Knowledge about Cloud Technologies preferable Azure.

· Familiarity with agile environments.

· Good communication skills; English level: Upper-Intermediate+ (B2+)

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead Generation & Prospecting: Research and identify potential customers in the target market using tools like LinkedIn, CRM platforms, and industry-specific databases.

· Outbound Outreach: Execute outbound outreach through phone calls, emails, social media (LinkedIn), and other digital channels to generate interest in our SaaS solutions.

· Lead Qualification: Qualify inbound and outbound leads by assessing their needs, budget, and purchasing timeline to determine fit for the SaaS offerings.

· Appointment Setting: Book demos or discovery calls for the Account Executives (AEs) by clearly articulating the value of our software solutions to potential clients.

· Nurture Relationships: Maintain ongoing communication with leads who may not yet be ready to buy, ensuring they are well-informed and nurtured for future opportunities.

· CRM & Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospect interactions, lead status, and engagement in CRM systems

· Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to refine messaging, optimize lead-gen strategies, and ensure the smooth handoff of qualified leads to AEs.

· Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and the competitive landscape to better understand client pain points and present our SaaS solutions in a relevant way.

· KPIs & Reporting: Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) including email open rates, call connect rates, meetings booked, and pipeline growth.

Skills & Qualifications:

· Exceptional Communication Skills: Ability to craft persuasive, concise messaging via email, phone, and social media to engage leads effectively.

· Sales Mindset: Comfortable initiating conversations, handling objections, and meeting lead generation quotas in a fast-paced environment.

· Tech-Savvy: Experience using CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoha etc.)

· Results-Driven: Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding lead generation and qualification targets.

· Analytical Thinking: Ability to understand and articulate the value proposition of SaaS products to different industries and businesses.

· Adaptability & Resilience: Comfortable with rejection and continuously improving outreach strategies based on feedback.

· Team-Oriented: Able to work closely with other departments, especially marketing and sales, to ensure a smooth lead-to-opportunity conversion process.

· Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience in a SaaS sales environment).

· Previous experience in an SDR, BDR, or similar sales role within the SaaS industry.
