Key Responsibilities
· Define and maintain the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for ERP systems in alignment with organizational goals.
· Own and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring requirements are clear, actionable, and deliver value to the business.
· Collaborate with stakeholders, business leaders, product managers, developers, QA teams, and external vendors to define requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
· Oversee the development, customization, and optimization of ERP modules (Finance, HR, Supply Chain, Procurement, Sales, etc.).
· Conduct requirements gathering and gap analysis to translate business needs into ERP functionalities.
· Partner with change management teams to ensure smooth user adoption and training for ERP rollouts and upgrades.
· Serve as the voice of the business in agile ceremonies (sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives).
· Continuously monitor ERP performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive innovation.
· Ensure compliance with industry best practices, governance standards, and data security requirements.
· Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and delivery outcomes.
Required Qualifications & Skills
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
· 3–6 years of Product Owner experience with proven focus on ERP systems.
· Strong experience in ERP implementation, customization, and management.
· Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience in agile product development.
· Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications and user stories.
· Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.
· Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making capabilities.
Preferred Skills
· Hands-on experience with major ERP platforms: SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Odoo, NetSuite, or similar.
· Knowledge of data analysis, business intelligence tools, and reporting systems.
· Domain knowledge in Mobility/Transportation, Edutech, logistics, or services industries.
· Experience integrating ERP systems with CRM, HRMS, or third-party applications.
